All Rehearsal Studios have the following features:

• Rehearsal Studios are built with “Room inside Room” construction to minimize sound intrusion.
• Walls are 16 inches thick; composed of two independent walls, mounted on vibration pads and packed with 12 inches of mineral wool. The wall surfaces themselves, are two inches of solid gypsum, with acoustic seals to minimize bleed between rooms.
• Two inch thick solid gypsum ceilings, hung on structural steel, twelve inches below concrete floors. The space between the ceiling and floor is packed with mineral wool to eliminate reverberation.
• Every rehearsal studio has its own 100 amp electrical panel, with 32 outlets on 8 circuits. Clean power means the only thing you will be hearing through your amp is you.
• Hard wired connections to a T-2 internet line in every rehearsal space.
• Solid wood faced fire doors in all rehearsal studios keep you and your gear safe.
• Efficient, quiet heat and air conditioning
• Zero International sound seals on every rehearsal studio door keeps your private rehearsal space truly private.
• Mul-T-Lock high security locks on all rehearsal studio doors and high security, soundproof, glass block windows in all rooms with windows, allow you to store your equipment without worry.
• The Music Garage offers free acoustical analysis of rehearsal studios through Auralex
• We will install sound panels, bass traps, etc. provided by the musicians, at no cost for the labor.
