Our affordable monthly, daily and hourly studios are built to higher standards than any other rehearsal facility in North America. Our facilities in New York and Chicago house vibrant and diverse music communities, representative of every genre and every level from start up bands, through working professionals to some of the worlds most famous musicians.

Our comfortable rooms provide the ideal environment to rehearse, record and engineer your music. Our on-site staff, composed of music industry professionals, is ready to assist you and meet your every need.

The Chicago facility, conveniently located five minutes from downtown and two minutes from the expressway, is the largest in the city with 130 rooms. Featuring the city’s easiest load in, a world class repair shop, and an on-site shop for supplies and equipment rental, it has to be seen to be believed.

Our fifth floor is home to a state-of-the-art Professional Space complete with adjoining control room.It is the perfect place to tune up for a show, showcase new work, or get ready for a tour.
